STEVE CIARAVINO
Co-Founder, Director of STEM Engagement
An electrical engineer, specializing in automation controls, Steve Ciaravino first became interested in teaching STEM skills to young Mississippians while coaching youth robotics teams. Together with his wife, Nicole, the couple launched NGenius Learning as a way to “bridge the gap” in technology education by providing learning opportunities for both students and educators.
Steve blends fun activities with hands-on robotics, computer programming and physical science lessons. His goal is to advance the knowledge and skills of individual learners and, by so doing, prepare young Mississippians for a lifetime of success.

Nicole Ciaravino
Co-Founder
Nicole has taught at both private and public schools for more than 10 years and holds certifications in general sciences, mathematics, kindergarten and elementary education. She recognizes the potential in every child and firmly believes that success in education is about building relationships.
Nicole enjoys applying her math and science teaching experience to help students overcome barriers that impact learning and gain greater awareness and understanding of STEM applications in today’s technology-oriented world.
